DINNER SELECTIONS
All dinners include baby field greens with teardrop tomatoes and roasted sunflower seeds salad, with a choice of Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chef’s selection of starch and vegetables, warm rolls and butter, coffee, tea and decaffeinated coffee.
Sirloin of Beef - sliced Roast Sirloin of beef served with Mushroom Green Peppercorn Sauce, dessert is Chocolate Mousse Cake. $46 per person
Chicken Wellington - Chicken breast stuffed with mushroom Duxelle, wrapped in puff pastry, dessert is raspberry Cassis cheesecake. $44 per person
Vegetarian meal - Parmesan breaded tofu with marinara sauce and grilled Portobello mushrooms, dessert is chocolate mousse cake. $36 per person
All tables are tables of 10. If you would like to pay for and reserve a complete table all money must be received at the same time. Our banquet coordinator will be keeping track of all requests and payment received.
